The day started with another walk in the hood. The hour brisk walk covers almost three miles and Paul takes a different path every day! Join the fun!
After getting home and eating lunch we cleaned up and headed to the Fullerton Elks where we requested membership as “Associate Members” since we are going there more often!
We then headed to the Irvine Museum to see the new displays and found out we were three days too early… It was closed. One of the employees saw us at the door and did validate our parking so that was nice.
Now it was off to Irvine Spectrum where we enjoyed a little Happy Hour and then we had dinner with Jeanette at the Cheesecake Factory.
We needed to unwind after that so we went to Patty’s Place to visit the “locals”. We were quite surprised to see one of the locals who just had open heart surgery two months ago and he thanked us for the information and encouragement we gave him ahead of his operation!
Finally we are back home and assisting Captain Janeway. Tonight the Voyager encounters an ancient Klingon battlecruiser. The Klingons aboard it had set out long ago to find their savior, and they believe it to be Tom and B’Elanna’s unborn child. 45 minutes later, if that weren’t bad enough, Voyager is pulled into a void, where the ships that have become trapped attack each other for food and resources.
