Recovery, Day #2

Fact: There are 2.5 trillion (give or take) red blood cells in your body at any moment.  To maintain this number, about two and a half million new ones must be produced every second by your bone marrow.  That’s like a new population of the city of Toronto every second.

Today was boring as I am connected to my friend, baggie, and he does not like to leave the room.  Mary and I watched TV and sent emails/texts to many folks.

It is late afternoon here in Detroit, and Mary just went for dinner at Applebees next door.  I am going on solid food as everything seems to be going OK.

We watched Gilmore Girls until 9:30 and crashed.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
