We headed for the dentist for a quick checkup before heading towards home to do some quick chores. We cooked for several hours making fresh stuffed peppers and eggplant fillings. We do enjoy cooking together as we get to work side by side. We headed for the hot tube before going to Alpine Village where the theme was “Columbus Day”.
