We watched the Rose Parade on TV and were so under0impressed with the floats that we decided not to go this year! First time in a long while but between Sue not feeling well, the parade being kinda poppy, and the weather cold… We opted to stay around the house!
Joe told us that before leaving for the dessert he collects a few dead Christmas Trees so they can have a bon fire in the evening… Paul found some excellent candidates!

Another 3.5 miles to start the new year off…. Paul hopes to hit between 80 and 90 miles a month this year… We shall see!

It is Tuesday so we decided to stop at Old Ranch and do Taco Tuesday… We did and Paul did the salad and soup portion of the meal… Still watching those pesky calories!
