Up and facing the day! First things first, we are off to Royal Khyber Indian restaurant in South Coast Village. We have been going there for more than thirty years!
Paul always tries something new and today it was Curried Goat! Curry goat is a curry dish originating in South Asia and has become very popular in Indo-Caribbean cuisine. This dish has spread throughout the English speaking Caribbean and also the Caribbean diaspora in North America and Great Britain.
After a great lunch, we went to see “The Seigel” at South Coast Repertory. What a wonderful production. We laughed and giggled the entire 90 minutes of the performance!
By the end of the play, Sue was felling pretty bad. We had no idea what was happening so we went home and watched some TV. She was quite sick!
