Dang… What A Way To Wake Up

The babies woke me up at 3:30 as usual and then I hit the hay again only to wake up at 7:30 to a strange sound in the distance.  A few minutes later the sound was NOT strange. we were having a thunder storm.

Thunder and Lightening all over the sky!

I was going to work in the yard... A bit too wet now

Sue fixed a great lunch mostly from our garden and then we headed to see “West Side Story” at the OC Performing Arts Center.  We went with the Branders, Kuhns, and Zaitz.  Afterwords, Donna and Bob noticed Leatherby’s across the promenade and decided on the spot to  get  a glass of wine an appetizer.  The Brander’s were no where in sight. Loads of giggles later we headed for home.

We laughed for an hour and just silly stuff... Silly is good!

We left and headed for home to feed the babies before venturing out again to see the “Doo Wop Show” in Cerritos.  Great music and great fun!

We really enjoy the Doo Wop specials

Doo Wop will never die... It played to a fullhouse!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
