Christmas Planning For 2023 Begins Today!

Fact: PopSci estimates Santa Claus would have to travel an average speed of 5.083 million miles per hour based on a 24-hour cycle to hit each household on Christmas Eve. It bases this on 2.67 children per household, with 75 million households worldwide. The speed of light is 671 million mph. So if we ever get there, presents for everyone!

Just call me speedy!

Today it is going to rain so I quickly went to the nation and tried to put together Mary’s potting bench.  As it happens, the process was NOT that easy.  I invented a few new words, and I am happy Santa was not around to hear me!

I moved everything into the protected patio to keep it dry!

We did some errands and just basically relaxed most of the day.  We visited Jan and stayed with her for a while before going home.

Saying goodbye

On the way home, the sunset was magnificent, so I stopped and took some pictures.

Wonderful sunset.

We sat in the hot tub for quite a while.  we watched two movies and then crashed.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
