I don’t like to complain about the customer service of any business, but I didn’t appreciate being pushed over by the stockbroker when I asked him to check my balance.
Bright and early, I was off the Casa Valencia to do some last minutes preps for Tuesday’s move. While there, I went to the post office because the folks that mailed me the Makita batteries asked for a signature!? Then to the Salvation Army, we had three boxes/bags chocked full of donations from Mary’s garage.
I then went to Trader Joe’s for Two-Buck-Chuck!
Meanwhile, Mary was off doctoring the eyes of the needy. She was home by 3:00 which was perfect as that gave us a chance for a short nap and then get ready to play!
A small group went to Old Ranch for the 4th of July party on the 2nd.
All of a sudden, everybody looked up! “It’s a bird, it’s an airplane, no! It’s Super Tall”

Time to dance. Vicky told us of Robbin and Amber, and we were not totally surprised. Whatever Amber needs, we will assist!
The Liles’ arrived, and we got the infamous “Amy Smile.”

The time was approaching for fireworks; we were ready. We got the best seats in the house, both for dinner and for watching the fireworks.
BANG! The fireworks begin.

We headed home and crashed; no spa tonight. Tomorrow is a workday!
