Yes indeed… Valentine’s Day is here! We have plans and most of them worked! We went mid afternoon to the Elks Lodge in Newport Harbor where we had a great view of the water. We stayed until about 5:30 at which time we went to Stanton to have dinner at Il Garage (the garden restaurant associated with the Park Avenue Steakhouse). Join the fun!
Watching the boats floating back and forth
We enjoyed Il Garage but it was a tad cool in the garage! The portable heater kept getting turned down by the people right underneath it… Those of us off to the side froze!
We were dressed for the situation!
The plastic curtain did help significantly but when people went in and out of the curtains, the cool breeze followed them!

We got a text message from Connor who we sent to Trump National for dinner with his lady friend. Apparently all was fantastic at Trump!
