Cyndy’s Birthday, ORCC, and Kobe

Another year gone and Cyndy puts another notch on the wall!  We texted first thing and sent something cute!  Paul walked again with no problems so we are declaring victory!

The roses were pretty even  in the dead of winter

Dead of winter in California means it might be 50 degrees.  Paul called Colleen and it was 24 degrees and snowing there!  E-Gad, 24 degrees!

Over and hour without a stop!

After the walk, Sue did the treadmill and Paul operated the TV!  Paul also finished up the last part of the hall closet cleanup which made him feel pretty good.  Now, he is going to go after the TV console.  It had about ten “component” electronic devices in it plus our 30 year old 28″ diameter CRT TV.  The TV works great as we turn in on every couple of months but it look ridiculous setting next to the 80 inch flat screen!  Also going bye bye are about 100 tapes of Disneyland movies and other stuff.  Don’t need that as we have iTunes, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV for the 2 hours a day we “watch” TV.

Now we will have more room in the upper living room!

We went to Kobe Steakhouse for some sushi and a drink!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
