We had to reschedule this morning because we had appointments with a GI doctor over in Yorba Linda at 9:00 am. We both went in and saw him together. The doctor was really good. Definitely an Indian, but absolutely perfect English and quite funny! He gave us both some advice, and the worst of which was to slow down to one glass of wine a day (I checked, he did say DAY, not HOUR). Poof!

After our visit, I rode my bike to the liquor store and bought 2 bottles of wine. Before I left, I had a thought that if I fell off the bike, the bottles would break. So I drank the wine before I biked home. It turned out to be a great decision, because I fell off my bike seven times on the ride.

Then we went to the Orange Circle in search of a Lenanese Restaurant. We found it, but the menu was extremely limited, so we decided to walk to the Elks and get a turkey club sandwich and a glass of wine. We will be returning to the circle for the celebration.

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
