We did some harvesting and cooking making a favorite summer dish called food… No, pasta with tomatoes. It is special because it is so healthy.
It does NOT get healthier than this....
Then we went to see the surgeon and naturally, Sue was perfect and no need to visit him again! He was kind of amazed at her progress even knowing how fit-as-a-fiddle she is. Time to celebrate… We are certainly blessed that even with the setbacks, they are overcome and life even gets better!
We, in the spirit of celebration, headed for Old Ranch where we met up with Ernie and John and we shared stories, laughed, and drank wine! We were rather taken back by John’s behavior… Throwing poor Ernie out of the golf car landing her on her back…. Not nice!
What can we say??
We went VFR to home for a few minutes to visit the babies before heading to Khoury’s (as the Phoenix Club was under renovation for two weeks). We met up with Al & Margie Lebowitz and Sam & Brenda… Made for a delightful evening. Please join us.
