Watching your daughter being collected by her date feels like handing over a million-dollar Stradivarius to a gorilla.
Colleen is flying in from New Hampshire to help us celebrate, so Mary went to the airport to pick her up. I stayed behind and did chores, and got the house ready for visitors. Colleen assisted us and went through the photo albums I have had around for thirty years! Now I can jettison them!

We had a little dinner party with Diane and David, Colleen, Robin and us with a surprise visit by Sydney. Mary and Colleen went to El Polo Loco and got dinner. Things are a tad frantic around here right now!
The morning was magnificent.
