So Good Let’s Do It Again!

Think About It! If corn oil is made from corn and vegetable oil is made from
vegetables what is baby oil made from?

So I walked again today and it is a good thing. Taking 10,000 daily steps means you’ve walked about five miles or 9 kilometers. Many people do not get close to reaching this goal, which is why fitness trackers can be so useful. According to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), the average person only walks between 3,000 and 4,000 steps per day. My tracker says I average 6,000/day.

By the end of the day, I will be near 500 miles!

While minding my own business I heard someone talking…the frogs were carrying on their own cconversation…something about flies!

Don’t croak!

I came to a sudden stop…red you know!  These guys were absolutely brilliant in color!

Red Red Wine!

And of coursem we needed our daily dose of Agapanthus.  They are quite beautiful.

I am burple!

After returning home and have brunch, we decided to go to Old Ranch and play another round of golf. We played with James and broke the 500 mile barrier! Life is indeed good!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
