We departed Fullerton on the Amtrak arriving in San Diego just in time for lunch! We found a great place to dine before walking to the Maritime Museums on the bay! We went into two submarines (one Russian and on American) and then walked to the harbor tour ship. Loads of fun seeing the bay from water level!
On the way back to the train we had an extra hour so Sue decided to go to the top of San Diego! We had drinks at the Hyatt which was 40 stories up! Yes, Paul stayed away from the windows!
Finally we made it to the train station only to find out the train was late (because of an accident on the tracks). Lucky for us we knew of a “wine bar” about 1/2 a block from the station!. A flight of chardonnay later and we were feeling no pain! We caught the train at 8:15 putting us into Fullerton at 10:30! Great day! Join the fun!

After arriving home we crashed!
