A joint dinner party for celebrating birthdays is a great way to kill two birds with a single stone. We went to the Warehouse in Marina Del Rey since it was summer in Los Angeles! Great dinner and a load of visiting. We brought Michele a Yellow Pear Cherry Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) heirloom tomato. Grown since the late 1800s, “Yellow Pear” is still popular for its tender, mild flavored, pear-shaped fruits. Low in acid, it has a sweet lingering flavor. Delicious in salads or pickled. Clusters of 1-2 in. fruits proliferate all summer. Resistant to alternaria stem canker disease. Indeterminate. Bushes can grow up to 8 ft. (70-80 days). Please join us at the Warehouse in Marina Del Rey!
