Sunday Pain!

Fact: Traditionally, people predict the weather by looking at plant and animal behavior: Long ago, people used to look to plants and animals, such as bird migration, for hints or predictions of weather. Frogs croaking faster, sheep’s wool uncurling, ants forming a line, cows lying down, and pine cones opening up were used to predict the coming of rains. These predictors still exist, although people rarely use them due to the advancement in technology.

We put up the remaining Halloween decorations or should I say, Mary, put up the remaining decorations?  My foot and knee were giving me so much trouble that I kept it in ice water while Mary worked.   I did however put together some of the decorations and made some repairs to others while sitting.

We stayed around the house and awaiting time to get ready to go to the Starlighters dance at the Elks.

Join us at the Starlighters Dance.

The expression on Paul’s face was due to the pain he was in this evening – Never Say Die!

We returned home at about 10;45 PM and I continued the soaking process which got rid of a load of pain.  It will be better tomorrow!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
