“Ninety percent of the politicians give the other ten percent a bad reputation.” — Henry A. Kissinger

Dang! I am starting to see the leaves change color…from the nice green to purple with stripes! Oops, one too many G&T’s!

We did international again this morning with me attacking Mexico while Sue went after Indian, Italian, and some Mexican! Love those leftovers!

Almost….

Keeping my cooking skills honed to a razor sharp edge, I prepared some roasted Brussel Sprouts and damn…they were really good! I tried something new but adding a little honey to the mix to soften the salt taste. There were delicious!

A new “side” added to be repertoire pf menus

Now we are out (save for a little bit of pizza) so when Robin called we decided to go to lunch on Wednesday to replenish the frig!

It’s time for Halloween

Well the day started out with a visit to the dentist. I lost a crown and found out it is more than 35 years old…it had a good run. Our doc, a great guys, gave me a senior discount because he used superglue and a small nail to put t back in! Everything is back to normal!

We watched a little TV and then decided to some social directing at Old Ranch arranging for our dinner dance which is on for the 13th but our musician is in Poland so we have to find a substitute!

We then “bar hopped” to Patty’s Place and spend a couple of hours visiting the locals! Great fun! When you see me, ask about the movie star!!! I was zapped by an innocent looking fellow!

Indeed!

Returning home, we watched ER, Grey’s, Night Shift, Heart of Dixie, and Royal Pains before crashing at 11:00 PM.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
