Sunday Was Indeed A “Day Of Rest”

I hate people who use big words just to make themselves look perspicacious!

It’s 6:30 AM and no Sun! OMG, has Sol taken the day off? It was bleak… dreary… dank… poopie outside! We answered the situation by turning the thermostat to 77 degrees and daring the cold air to sneak in!

A quick question to miss smarty pants, Alexa…yes, she is out of her room and reconnected to the net… reveals the high will be 61 today and 50/50 chance of rain!

Hide and seek is NOT a game you play….Come out NOW!

After getting the letter about the 50th reunion, I decided to look at the 40th reunion web pages and found they needed work. I spent about three hours resizing the pictures and then decided I would go to my Classmate.com account and get some materials from Sue’s 1969 Yearbook to freshen up the site. After all that work, it looks pretty good considering my condition that night!

Meeting all of her old boy friends made me know why she preferred “an older man”… I be stopissticated, worldly, and smarter than an average…uh…average…well ah…oh forget the smart attribute.

Jim Fiorito’s family ran Fiorioto’s Italian Restaurant in the local area for many many years!
He is now a financial advisor…food business was not for him!

The rest of the day we just puttered around the house. Working on the puzzle a few pieces at a time. I am almost ready to pack this one up! We watched a silly movie, some TV, and then tookie-time before crashing.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
