Out And About… A Start!

Sue was up about 10:00 AM today and feeling mucho better.  Paul had gone to the store to get some groceries and upon his return it was time for breakfast/lunch! Paul;s specialty of the day was a veggie sauerkraut dog!  The sausage was vegetarian of course but quite good.   With slight guidance from Sue, we had a great lunch! With all the traditional Italian flavors, Smart Sausages® Italian make a delicious addition to your pastas and pizzas. Or grill or sauté and serve with a mix of peppers and onions for a cholesterol-free, Italian-flavored feast.

Really great tasting sausage!

After our feast, Paul worked in the garden pulling the last of the winter weeds and getting things ready for the Spring planting.  Sue came outside and sat in the Sun so Paul wanted to see what she was doing.  She was clipping her toenails, wow!  Sue just wanted to be outside with Paul (the little romantic devil) and get better lighting for her project!

After a while Paul decided that we had to go to the nursery so Sue got ready and off we went coming home with some grapes, boysenberries, and strawberries.  We got them planted and them Paul headed inside to “rest”.

We watched two episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and then got cleaned up to go to the Phoenix Club.  We only stayed about two hours but got a chance to show thet Sue was on the mend, loads of out friends were quite relieved since for the past 15 years we have never missed more and a few dances.  Even the band leader popped over to check things out!

We brought our bottle of alcohol-free wine so we were good to go!

After getting home we watched four episode of Grey’s before crashing for the night.

If you have watched the show, you will know!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
