It’s Saturday and another great day in California! We looked up the temperature where our daughter and grandson lives and it as -4 degrees with wind making it -15 degrees! Glad we are here!
Paul took a short walk this morning just around the neighborhood as Sue continues not to feel very well.
We did some chores… Some of them left-over from early retirement days! PAul cleaned out his closet and filled another 100 gallon bag with shoes and shorts… The Salvation Army is going to have a ball this year!
Later on in the afternoon, we got cleaned up and headed to the GArden Grove Elks to meet with friends. We danced a couple of dances but mostely visited. Street Cornner Symphony was there and frankly, they sounded pretty good. Someone found the volumn control and the singer is fantastic!
Mike and Bridgette were also there this evening.
We were originally with the Branders, Woolstons, and Irene! At the end of the evening we had a full house!
After dancing twice, we departed around 9:30 PM and headed for home to watch a bit of TV before crashing. Sue was stillnot feeling well.
