Good News Great Day!

Time for Paul’s annual physical!  We have been going to Dr. Asbill for 30+ years so he knows us well… He was the doctor to the executives at Rockwell Downey beginning in the 1980’s.

So, his prognosis for Paul was excellent.  All of Paul’s chemistry is right on and well for an old man.  Only recommendation is to quit shoving so much food in his mouth!  Paul was a mere 218 pounds this morning… Dr. Asbill says 180 pounds is a good weight for Paul. Drop 38 pounds? Geez!  That’s a 20 percent reduction!

Sue immediately thought of acupuncture!  Paul didn’t think that was a great idea!

We returned home and Paul did some more chores around the house but at 3:00 we headed to Seal Beach and had a snack at “My Italian Kitchen” before doing to dinner at Malarkey’s.  Luisa joined us and Irene called saying she was entertaining her daughter and boyfriend so she was not coming this evening.  We had a great time.

Always a smile

We split the meal… Perfect for tw0 (Paul & Luisa).

Fish soup… Yummy!

Back home and we watched a movie, some NCIS, and two episode of Cheers crashing about 12:15 AM.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
