Good News – Almost Back To Normal

Paul finished off the Nightlighter’s Dance Club website from the April dance.  Sue was wondering why he spends so much time on the computer.  She got a great idea!

Might work? Who knows?

We visited the doctor in the morning to see what progress has been made. She said Sue could resume normal activities in about a week.  Just take care of the ankle and do not re-injure it!  Excellent news!

Robin was also at her doctor getting the results of the surgery looked at and that went well

Robin, Bob and us went to Old Ranch for lunch and Paul devoured a veggie hamburger… They are pretty good these days!

After returning home about 1:30 PM we did some chores, Sue took a nap, and Paul started to get things ready for the big day  tomorrow!  Easter egg coloring.

Paul is finally going to give away the board games we have kept around for 25 years.  We thought we might use them with company but alas, we are never home and closet space is becoming premium!  We think they are headed to the Adams, Dudas or Liles’ households.  Many of the games are originals and never been out of their plastic wrappers!

It’s Thursday and that means… Phoenix Club.  Tonight we are celebrating Brian’s birthday!  He turns 74 which is NOT OLD!  He is only 18 months older than Paul so, by definition, he is young!  Come and join the fun!

“We are having a blast!”

We stayed until 10:00 PM but it was time to go home as this was Sue’s first time out without the wheelchair!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
