At 10:00 a.m. We headed out interstate 10 towards Las Vegas and ultimately St. George Utah. It was a beautiful day for driving, very little traffic and beautiful weather. We covered almost 400 miles today. We ended up driving into St. George when it was dark. We checked in to our hotel and found a Mexican restaurant (Ricardo’s) that served alcohol so all was good. Please join day one of our adventure.

We had an excellent meal at Ricardo’s and also met a delightful waitress. We had a nice glass of wine before returning back to the hotel.
Mexican food in Utah… This is good!
Back to the hotel to rest for the next evening!
