An Easy Day Until Later

Paul did chores around the house.

He straightened up the garage and took down the giant sunflowers.  Did we say giant?

The flowers were huge! (It A "Sunflower" is not one single flower but a collection of hundreds of small flowers)

Sue worked magic in the kitchen with apples, pears, fig jam, and other magic ingredients.  The dessert was out of this world!

The truth be told!

We are waiting patiently as we believe Zack and Becca are going to call and we will meet them at their new home!

In the afternoon, we went to Old Ranch for Happy Hour and celebrated Linda’s birthday. We then made our way to the Garden Grove Elks for an evening of dancing.

Zachary called and he got the keys to their new home! We of course departed the dance and headed to La Habra stopping at the liquor store to get a bottle of champagne!

They have a beautiful home. They had friends over so we only stayed about an hour and got the grand tour! It is perfect for a young family!

So very proud of Zachary and Rebecca

We returned home to Captain Janeway where we offered our advice on the latest Star Trek adventure.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
