We worked around the house today and had our middle bedroom sliding glass door replaced. We also met with a contractor to redesign the back yard. We thought about going to Seal Beach and see the large hurricane generated waves but devided not to.
Large waves damaged the breakwater
As the above image shows, a 25-30-foot section of the east breakwater protecting Anaheim Bay was partially washed away by yesterday’s extreme wave action, and the navigation aid at the end of that breakwater was destroyed.
Little Lisa came over and stayed the evening with us even though we went to the Phoenix Club to go dancing. We stayed up until midnight chatting with her.
