we did breakfast at ORCC and then played 18 holes… Not too bad today, under 100! We did some Happy Hour before heading to Cerritos and hearing the Bowzer DooWop Concert! Groove with music’s best and brightest at Bowzer’s Ultimate Doo-Wop Party Volume III, featuring Sonny Turner, former lead singer of The Platters (I Love You 1000 Times, With This Ring), The Fleetwoods (Come Softly to Me), and Danny & The Juniors with Joe Terry (Rock and Roll Is Here to Stay, At the Hop). The concert also showcases performances by Lenny Welch (Since I Fell for You) and Bowzer & The Stingrays with special guest and Grammy nominee Johnny Contardo.
