The OC Fair is too crowded now that they allow free entrance for the first hour so we wait until 2:00 PM to go. We decided to go to Ambrosia for lunch before the fair. The resturant has received many awards and we have wanted to go ever since we retired but our schedule just didn’t permit it. We could not play golf so we decided to visit Ambrosia instead. Oh, Paul’s poor diet will be tested again! Executive Chef Michael Rossi has created a menu featuring cuisine that embraces a special bounty of California’s most flavorful and fresh produce, fish and livestock to create a dynamic balance between food and fine wines.
