Mary went to school early so she could have a fancy breakfast with her classmates! Robin and I stayed behind to pack everything up, have breakfast, and stuff the car. Ten pounds of bags in a five-pound car!
I peeked at the weather reports, and it looks like we will miss the storm, but just by a little bit. It will be raining on our way to Dover, but the rain will be mostly light and the winds mild.
Mary was ready to go at 7:00 am, and I stayed behind to finish packing everything up. Breakfast was required to build up our energy for the next four hours!
Robin was all perky this morning after another good night’s sleep, including napping by the fireplace in the lobby late last night.
Just before we got up to leave, Robin’s new best friend came to the table to review today’s plans. While I do not speak fluent lobster, I think he wanted to go with us!
After breakfast, we returned to the room with a suitcase caddy because we had so many bags.
