Today we are off again for self-induced body bashing. We saw that the Peak Performance gym had had some serious remodeling overnight. Paul and Mary joined a futuristic gym, expecting treadmills and smoothies.
Instead of the normal machines, the trainers greeted us with giant mechanical training arms, spring-loaded boxing pads, and a machine called “The Motivator.” “Beginner class!” shouted the JC and Francis (today’s trainers).
Wham! I was bounced onto a foam mat. Boing—Mary was launched into a pile of exercise balls.
After ten minutes, we were dizzy, bruised, and exhausted. “Great workout,” Mary groaned. I nodded from inside a yoga mat where I was hiding. “Same time week after next when we get back?”
Our trainers are great people, although sometimes a little rough around the edges!

JC told us he likes to dance, and her came equipped at the last part at our home.

Even though it was raining, Ethan said he was going to go swimming.

Then Antony arrived (a little late); it’s always business. Antony and his bride brought models of their latest equipment selection for the Peak Performance workout center in Villa Park.

When we arrived back home, we continued packing. I got the electronics almost ready to go!
