Another “Zero Activity” Day; Two In A Row!

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

We were up and going early, and after our morning coffee, I dashed upstairs and put the finishing touches on the Loft’s new workstation.

Comfy and cozy in the nice sunlight!

Time to get to work and spread the paint!!

This table can be raised so she can paint standing up if desired!

Mary has a great view over her shoulder.  The garden is doing well, and the yard is looking amazing.

Another 70-degree day!

We worked in the office first and then headed out to Home Depot and OC Farmers and Ranchers Supply!  We are looking for peas and beans, as the rabbits have been nibbling on the original plants we put in!  There might be some other goodies that need to be planted today; we’ll see!  We’ll do this together; we make a great pair, just like peas and carrots.

On our way to the Farmers Supply, we stopped at the cleaners and the local Goodwill.

The Farmers Supply was a bust as we both needed to use the facilities, and they didn’t have any; we went to McDonald’s instead.  At Home Depot, we got the necessary PVC and got some strawberries to plant.   On the way out of Home Depot, we bought $40 worth of picked strawberries, and I will be sharing them with our neighbors.

Returning home, we just worked around the house.  Mary fixed a super lunch and later on a dinner.  We watched TV in the TV Room.  Donna put us onto a series called “The Blacklist” and it is pretty good.

Summary: For decades, ex-government agent Raymond “Red” Reddington has been one of the globe’s most wanted fugitives.  But then he agreed to work with the FBI to catch his “blacklist” of mobsters, spies and international terrorists — on the condition that he must work with profiler Elizabeth Keen.  Red’s true intentions — choosing Liz, a woman with whom he seemingly has no connection — are unclear.  Does Liz have secrets of her own?  Red promises to teach Liz to think like a criminal— to see the bigger picture, whether she wants to or not.

At 10:00 pm, we called it quits and I went to the office to do the nighttime breathing activity, and I was thinking to myself:

Tomorrow is another day!
