It was Lisa’s birthday weekend and we wanted to see Kaye so, off we go in a cloud of dust and a “Hi Yo Silver”. We departed LA at 9:30 Saturday morning and landed in Saratoga at 5:30 just in time for dinner. We had a great time and then Sunday am we headed for Rio Vista to see Cousin Delores and then to Stockton to have lunch with Aunt Kaye. Departing Stockton at 2:00 we arrive in LA at 8:00 to feed the babies and watch a movie. Please join the fun!

When we got home, Sue wanted the tread mill and Paul wanted a glass of wine! We watched a movie (again) entitled “Princess Diaries“. A socially awkward but very bright 15-year-old girl being raised by a single mom discovers that she is the princess of a small European country because of the recent death of her long-absent father, who, unknown to her, was the crown prince of Genovia. She must make a choice between continuing the life of a San Francisco teen or stepping up to the throne. While Mia makes up her mind, she’s pressed into taking princess lessons from her grandmother.
