A Movie And Golf And A Movie

We began the day by wanting to play golf but to our dismay, the ladies had a member-guest activity and we could not get a T-time until 1:30 or later!  We decided to go see Tangled!  Summary: The long-haired Princess Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but when she falls in love with a bandit who was passing by she must venture into the outside world for the first time to find him.

Great movie and fantastic animation

We decided to stop by the club for a glass of wine and found the place empty so out came the clubs and we whizzed through nine holes of golf.  On the 5th hole we got a phone call from Robin who had to stay late at work!  Traffic to Corona would be a mess so we told her to meet us at Old Ranch and she did.  We decided to have dinner with her and yacked for a couple of hours (even though we spent most of the day with her at Disneyland on Sunday) .

We had a delightful dinner at Preveza

Upon going home and it being Christmas, it was movie time!

We first saw “Fallen Angel“. Summary: When his father dies, Terry (Gary Sinese) returns to the house where he grew up, planning to stay only long enough to clean and settle the estate. Yet something indescribable keeps him there longer than expected. Soon, he is reunited with memories and people from his past and his life is changed forever.

A great feel good movie with nice people!

We then saw “Our First Christmas” which was another feel good movie.  Summary: Christmas plans are destined to be ruined when two families come together.  Newlywed parents Cindy and Tom attempt to merge their families at Christmas, but the kids are reluctant to give up their old traditions and embrace their new step-siblings. With a bit of faith, and a heaping of Christmas magic, the two families come together and agree to start some new traditions.

We found ourselves rooting for each cast member
