Housework Is Never Done

My theory on housework is, if the item doesn’t multiply, smell, catch on fire or block the refrigerator door, let it be; no one cares, why should you? Erma Bombeck

More work.  We were up at 5:00 AM and headed to the house at 6:00 AM to work all day.  I asked Mary how she likes cleaning, and she replied, “I do clean up a little if company is coming; I’ll wipe the lipstick off the milk container.”

Mary fixes breakfast at Casa Valencia. Turkey bacon and cheese omelettes, yummy!!!

Mary jumped out of the way as she stated, “No pictures, I am in my grubbies”

We now have a kitchen which is viewable. The table has a table cloth, and Mary has the place well organized.  The only trick now is to bring Mary’s things into the house and find a place for them.

OMG… The table is clear of “stuff.”

It was made clear that Mary makes the house a home, so whatever she wants, she gets.  I simply need a kiss once in a while and good food! It’s great being a boy!

We worked hard until 3:15 PM and then off to Mary’s to clean up.  We are planning to dine at the Himalayan Grill and then dance to the Nine Carat Gold band.

We had the regulars, but this evening we also had Bob Carlson and Irene Kosmetatos, plus Sydney brought her dad, Harold, and Genie with the light brown hair.  We laughed and giggled all night long. I ordered the lamb at a spice level ten.

Very hot in temperature and spice!

This evening the steam brought tears to my eyes.  They are smiling now but get ready for the steam to really do its thing!

The steam and the sices are beginning to move across the table!

Instantly everyone reached for their gas masks.  The spices were bringing tears to their eyes and burning their noses.

Make-shift gas masks required!

The action was happening on both sides of the table.

I got both sides of the table!

Dinner is done and we are off to the backroom for dancing.  Harold said, “I can’t dance” but after Marcin took Genie out for a spin he got courage!  We asked Genie to take it easy or Marcin and keep the speed limit laws!

Marcin, a great dance instructor, got Genir up for the first dance!

Harold showed Marcin how it is supposed to be done.  They are a cute couple.

Harold had a change of heart and got up and danced!

The Bobs came over and gave everyone a spelling lesson on how to spell Bob backwards.

Bob and Bob requested I take a picture of their better sides.

Spelling Bob backwards is a bit tricky so they carefully showed the placement of the body as they spelt Bob backwards.

So I did!

The music continued and we all danced around and giggled. Everytime there was a slow song, Harold was up and raring to go!  I this he came out of the dance closet this evening!

We danced until 9:00 PM and then headed home.  I was so tired I crashed on the sofa!
