Friday At Last… It Was A Full Day!

Paul worked around the house for a while doing those pesky chore… Taking out the trash, etc.  Paul headed to the attic and turned up the thermostat on the exhaust fan… Why blow heat out the house during the winter, duh!

We had an ultrasound planned with Dr. Drake.  That went well but alas, what do we do for lunch?  While Sue was getting the procedure, Paul researched the local restaurants in Long Beach.   We found “The Red Leprechaun” and it was terrific!

On Anaheim Avenue in Long Beach

Quaint! We really enjoyed the lunch!

Did You Know? The Red Leprechaun Restaurant was founded in July 2012 by Tracy Ames.

We are an “Irish-American restaurant” located in the heart of the East Anaheim Business District, Belmont Heights and Traffic Circle neighborhoods. We have been recognized as one of the top ten Irish-American restaurants in Long Beach and in the Press Telegram.

This beautiful quirky area has its own personality and is unique in “New Celtic foods” made daily. Tracy has 20 years in business hospitality and has experiences in multiple countries: Ireland, Germany, Spain, India, England, and more. The restaurant blends her international experiences and provide quality Irish-American food. At the Red Leprechaun Tracy focuses on authenticity, ambiance, and great food!

It’s Toppers night so we departed for the Petroleum Club early.  We arrived with plenty of time to spare.  Join us for the dance.

Just little ol’ us enjoying friends!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
