Paul fired up the computer to take care of the Nightlighter’s Website but after 45 minutes, the screen turned different colors and finally died. Dang, back to the Apple store in Cerritos. They ran another diagnostic and finally the video board really crapped out… It was $700 to replace it so we decided a new iMac was in the cards. $2200 dollars later, we have a new machine.
After getting home, we started the recovery process again… About seven hours to backup everything from Time Machine!
Then came the call… Robin, our oldest daughter, was in the local hospital with an infection! We raced over to see her and she was really sick!
Horrible when your kids are sick!
We stayed with her for quite a while and went shopping for a Galaxy 5 power cable so we could recharge her phone!
About 4:30 PM we departed and went to “That’s Amore” for dinner with Lilly, Becca, and Zack”. we stayed there until about 7:00 PM as we had some “family business” to conduct. Dang that Lilly is cute!!
We returned to the hospital about 7:30 PM and visited with Robin until about 900 PM.
After getting home, we watched some TV and Paul finished up with the new iMac so it was operational!
