We finally got out and played nine holes. It was pretty hot but it felt good. The course was in excellent shape and we did pretty well, considering!

We retired to the TV room and watched the rest of Smokey and the Bandit before Frasier and finally crashing! Sue had not seen this movie before, she led a sheltered life!
Did You Know: Smokey and the Bandit is a 1977 American action comedy film starring Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, Jackie Gleason, Jerry Reed, Pat McCormick, Paul Williams and Mike Henry. The film was the directorial debut of stuntman Hal Needham. It inspired several other trucking films, including two sequels, Smokey and the Bandit II and Smokey and the Bandit Part 3.
