We Made The Day Busy!

First things first… Time for a walk!  Paul did about 45 minutes as the ol’ back was acting up again!  The summer flowers are in full swing.  Join the walk!

Beautiful!

After getting home, Paul pulled the last of the first crop of corn out and chopped them up for the trash!  We tried to save about five cobs and Paul blanched them, chopped off the kernals, and put them in freezer bags… Perhaps soup in the future???

Sue organized the tickets from Cerritos putting  them into envelopes and getting them ready for tonight’s dance.  Paul took a nap during this time so he would be ready to dance tonight!

Dancing it was… Howard Crosson’s band was terrific!  Great dance music and the Santa Ana Elks Steak Fry was pretty good.  we stayed until about 10:00 PM and packed it in the the evening.

Yeah! Yeah! The gang’s all here!

Off we go to home and it was late so we watched three episode of Frasier… So funny, we nearly fell out of our seats!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
