On Mondays the Ranch has tournaments so we generally do errands and any mandatory shopping. This day Paul worked in the garden and Sue in the kitchen. She made magic happen again. She cleaned out a pumpkin, and added several layers of toasted baguettes, Emmenthale and Gruyère cheese with a cream/broth/spices. She baked the pumpkin for an hour with the top back on and viola, pumpkin fondue! Oh, and Paul roasted the pumpkin seeds for a neat snack!
