We kind of relaxed today! Sue did some cooking while Paul removed some of the old tomato plants from the garden. We also examined the corn and picked an ear but we are about three weeks early. The cantaloupes are doing well and onions are coming on strong. We have ghost chilies so it is almost time for Sue’s magic macaroni and cheese with sauteed peppers!

We went to Happy Hour about 4:00 PM and then off to the Garden Grove Elks to visit friends and dance the night away! We had a table full at Garden Grove and we gave Michael his “marbles” back. Long story but he enjoyed the joke.
We had Irene, Mike and Bridgette, the Branders, Bob and Donna, Will and Iris, and little old us! We laughed and giggled all night! We departed about 10:00 as tomorrow is another big day!
