Busy Day… Duh!

We got up early… It’s a challenge! The pain from the surgery is pretty severe at times.

We went to Old Ranch with Diane, Pat, Lisa, Hannah, and Josie. Lisa needed her Strawberry French Toast before going through commencement! Lisa needed to leave at 11:30 to go to CSULB so she could graduate… Yeah!! We went to CSULB at 1:00pm for the 2:00 graduation. She graduated about 4:00.

We went home a few minutes early so we could get into our formal wear and head to Toppers Dance Club in Long Beach. It was the annual Memorial Day Dinner Dance which means tuxedos and gowns!  Getting the tux on was a challenge but we did it.

Just us!

Just us!

We had a house full of members and guests this evening! Of sourse everybody came to see how Paul was doing after the surgery.

Great fun with great friends

We departed a little early after taking pictures of the dance. We got home and visited with Irene for a while before going to bed!  Irene stayed with us for a few days while her house was getting de-termited!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
