Nat King Cole Tribute At CPAA

It’s opening night at CPAA for the 2010 Season! We saw a terrific tribute to Nat King Cole. It was a great afternoon event! Nathaniel Adams Coles (March 17, 1917 – February 15, 1965), known professionally as Nat “King” Cole, was an American musician who first came to prominence as a leading jazz pianist. Although an accomplished pianist, he owes most of his popular musical fame to his soft baritone voice, which he used to perform in big band and jazz genres. He was the first black American to host a television variety show and has maintained worldwide popularity since his death; he is widely considered one of the most important musical personalities in United States history

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
