After church we went to Old Ranch for lunch. We had a veggie burrito which reminded us we had to head for home and do some serious cooking. We had some beautiful bell and cherry bomb peppers left so Sue created one of Paul’s favorites… Sausage and Peppers With Pasta. She also created a new Vegetarian Chili. As soon as our tongues begin to work we will tell you how god they are! Please enjoy our creations After we cooked most of the afternoon, we headed to the Santa Ana Elks for the “Jam Session” where we danced until about 9:30 or so!
