Paul hit the trail a little early today and did the walk around our local community. It took an hour and forty-five minutes and 10,500 steps but he made it! Good for the ticker! See some snapshots!
Upon return, we did some chores before heading to Newport Harbor Elks for an afternoon of wine tasting! The wine tasting is for charity, as most Elks events are. We bought a case of various wines and had a great time with Nita, Bob and Donna, and Will and Iris. Great fun, please join us!
Our kids were out and about also… Amy and son Joe and the little ones were at Disneyland. We got this text picture. Looking good!
At 4:30 we went over to the The Winery in Newport Beach and had a great dinner! Craig and Marianne joined our group for dinner. Paul tried the Organic Turner New Zealand Venison and it was outstanding! Donna, Bob, and Paul killed off two bottles of an excellent wine!
We headed home to do the treadmill and the sun gave us a nice surprise! It stayed beautiful for almost 15 minutes as we got off the freeway and made it home.
