Just us again today! We played eighteen holes and did some happy hour with Bunnaford! We really missed James and will be happy to have him get over the bug and get back to work on the course! The ducks were missing him this afternoon! What a magnificent day! It was a bit moist out but the wind keep everything cool!

Sue’s duckies were starved and came running to see her!… They were asking about James wanting to know where he was!
They get “premium vitamin fortified duck food”… Only the best for the babies!
After our short happy hour at Old Ranch we went to Cafe St. Germain in Seal Beach and had a great dinner. Their dinner selections were outstanding… Difficult to make up our minds! The presentations were super so we took pictures!
Paul & Sue shared the baked goat cheese… Wow!
Lisa had the Gravlax … Salmon cured in salt and sugar!
Hannah went for the wraps and said they were delightful
Paul opted for the shrimp risotto which was also fantastic
Hannah and Lisa seemed to enjoy dinner… Lisa and Paul shared dessert!
We headed for home at watched a movie called “Loving Leah” on the Hallmark Channel! Loving Leah is a television movie that aired on CBS as a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie on January 25, 2009. The film is directed by Jeff Bleckner and stars Adam Kaufman as an unobservant Jewish bachelor who feels compelled to marry his observant rabbi brother’s widow, Leah (Lauren Ambrose) to honor him via the ancient Jewish custom of yibbum (levirate marriage).
