Arrival at Cerritos Performing Arts Center
We went to Cerritos to see “An Afternoon With Groucho”. The performance has had great reviews: “Ferrante’s Groucho is a tour de force.” – Variety. Dubbed by The New York Times as “America’s most gifted funny man,” Academy Award winner Groucho Marx is considered the father of modern comedy. As Marx, Frank Ferrante is “eerily good!” hails USA Today. In an afternoon packed with songs, stories, and audience interaction, Ferrante delivers a re-creation that The London Times calls “accurate and rooted in character.”
Laughed ourselves silly!
Afterwords we went to Old Ranch for our monthly dinner-dance with the gang! Loads of fun!
