We played eighteen with James and it was a delightful afternoon! The weather was perfect. When we got to the tenth hole, Granda Sue’s “Duck-A-Daks” were waiting… The instant they saw her their wings were flapping and heading to “the feeding tree”. It’s amazing how they all know her now!

We did some happy hour and then headed for home to hit the treadmill and watch “The Great Gatsby” Summary: A Midwestern war veteran finds himself drawn to the past and lifestyle of his millionaire neighbor.
We recently watched the 1974 version with Robert Redford, Mia Farrow, Bruce Dern, and Karen Black. Toby Maquire did an excellent job… The rest of the cast was so-so. The movie was a little over the top.. We prefer the 1974 version!
