White Golf? What Is That!

We began the day with a lesson from Tim Johnson at El Dorado Golf Course!

Afterwords we headed for Old Ranch to have lunch with Ken and Amy White and of course, the old man of the course, James! Ken and Amy are dancing friends from Nightlighters and Starlighters and they mentioned golf one evening!

Whack! Amy bops the ball down the fairway!

Just in case you did not recognize them incognito

After golf and a drink at the 19th hole we headed for the local Thai restaurant to catch up with the golf gang (Burns, Catheys, Wards, Ernie and John) for an evening of fun!  It met all expectations.  It’s amazing, good friends can talk all day…. go home…change clothes…. meet for dinner… and begin talking like we have not seen each other for weeks!  Good friends are special!

Bunnaford and Tom took point tonight as they speak fluent Thai (well, they were in Thailand this summer)

As Bunnaford and Tom might say using their newly found talents for foreign languages:

Translation: I have an idea! Let us go out for some Thai food this evening.

After getting home from an evening of giggles, we decided to do the treadmill.  For some reason, Paul flipped on the outside light and was met by a big friend… A large racoon!

He was walking across our garden (probably wondering where everything went since Paul cleaned it out)

He was surprises as us so we opened the door and tried to get a closeup!  That guy was as big around as the telephone pole.

His mask was on so we think he was attempting to burgle the garden

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
