Gardening & Cooking

We made tomato sauce… all day! Paul picked the tomatoes and Sue provided instructions! While Paul was making tomato sauce, Sue made eggplant casserole. We worked almost six hours but we have dinners for several weeks!

Tomatoes into bpoiling water and then peel them

Tomatoes into boiling water and then peel them. See it done.

Once peeled, we break them into pieces and extract the seeds. Then we put them into a colander so the water can drain out. After that we boil them down into a great tomato sauce with the aid of some magic herbs and spices Sue selects from the garden.  See how it is done!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
