Seal Beach Car Show & Million Dollar Quartet

We went to the Seal Beach Car Show in the morning.  Please join us!

Fun remembering the past

Great fun with great friends… And cars too!

Of course, the day has jus started… We went VFR to OC Performing Arts Center and saw “Milllion Dollar Quartet” On December 4, 1956, these four young musicians gathered at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest jam sessions ever. Million Dollar Quartet brings that legendary night to life, an irresistible tale of broken promises, secrets, betrayal and celebrations featuring a score of rock hits including “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Fever,” “That’s All Right,” “Sixteen Tons,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Walk the Line,” “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” “Who Do You Love?,” “Matchbox,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Hound Dog” and more.

Great music and neat story about what happened 50+ years ago

You are right… It’s still early so we went home to feed the babies and headed to Garden Grove and danced until 11:00 with Jerry Benton and the gang!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
